Ente "Luigi Einaudi" (english version)

Ente "Luigi Einaudi" for monetary, banking and financial studies was established in 1965 by the Bank of Italy and the Italian Banking Association (ABI) to honour Luigi Einaudi. Its purpose was to foster the advanced research and training of students in the fields of both theoretical and applied economics. In 2007 the charter members have decided to end Ente Einaudi's activity and therefore the Ente went into liquidation; at the same time two new foundations were created:


•	"Istituto Einaudi per l'economia e la finanza - Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance" (EIEF), established by the Bank of Italy
•	"Istituto Luigi Einaudi per gli studi bancari, finanziari e assicurativi" established by the Italian Banking Association (ABI)

The Ente Einaudi's activity ceased entirely, consequently this site will no longer be updated. For information on seminars, fellowships and grants see the website of the new foundation "Istituto Einaudi per l'economia e la finanza - Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance" (www.eief.it).
